Vacuum Glass Sucker Lifter (400kg - 1200kg)
The vacuum chuck operates by connecting to a vacuum pump via a guide pipe. Upon contacting the workpiece (such as glass or steel plates), the equipment generates negative pressure within the chuck, absorbing the object firmly for safe movement. By using a hand slide valve, the vacuum pressure can be released to zero or slight positive pressure to safely detach the workpiece at its destination.
Wide Application Range:
This equipment is widely used for glass processing, glass loading/unloading, curtain walls, plastic plates, sandwich panels, composite plates, steel, aluminum, copper plates, and stone. It is suitable for all workpieces with smooth, compact surfaces and regular shapes.
